In case you order a certificate of conformity or you register on the website www.cocdata.eu, you provide us with your personal data as e.g. name and surname, company name, registration number, address, e-mail address, cell phone number. When performing certain transactions, you can be asked to submit a copy of your identity card or passport. You bear full responsibility for the authenticity and correctness of all the data provided.
Personal data application
Your personal data are used exclusively in order to meet the agreement in relation to you as a customer, while your personal data are not provided to any third party, except for the cases when such data are necessary for the certificate of conformity issuance and delivery.

You can realize the changes in your personal data in the section “Invoicing data” and “My account” on your account on the website www.cocdata.eu. We bear no responsibility for any consequences accrued from your failure to do so.
Account deactivation
You are entitled to deactivate your account any time; you can do so by sending a request for the account deactivation on the following e-mail: info@cocdata.eu .
Communication
All of the exchanged mails, as well as the transaction mails concerning the order will be sent to the e-mail address you entered in the section “My account” when specifying your order. Your e-mail address serves as your login. Any registered user can receive the information on our products, services and special offers by means of the information Newsletter if the user selected the option to be sent such information. Additional activation or deactivation of the Newsletter delivery can be set in the section “My account” on the www.cocdata.eu or in every Newsletter by a simple click on the relevant link. The change of settings has no effect on receiving the transaction e-mails or other announcements concerning your account activity.
Security
